Description of Works:

  • Site Clearance including Removal of existing Street and Garden Furniture, and relocation of shrubbery and trees
  • Erection of Site Hoarding
  • Removal of any encountered contaminated material-approximately 10000m3
  • Reduced Excavation and Removal of any Existing sub-structures within boundary of site
  • Construction of New Link Road and footpath complete with Street Lighting
  • Construction of new Storm and Foul Drainage and connection to existing
  • Removal of abandoned Drainage
  • New Water main laid alongside new Link Road
  • Diversion of LV and HV Services within site boundary and associated trenching.
  • Road Crossings for services including communication ducts, HV & LV cabling, and Foul & Storm drainage
  • Installation of ducts for realignment of site wide fire alarm and BT cabling
  • Realignment of existing Condensate, including laying of Contractor Designed Pre-Cast Duct and associated Tanking
  • Realignment of Communication cables for BOC medical gas alarm and Security Fibre links
